This policy describes how Pi Cubed, LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use NoTicket NYC (“the App”). It is provided for transparency and will evolve as the product does. For questions, contact hello@noticket.nyc.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly (for example, email if you contact support or join a waitlist), and technical data needed to operate the App (for example, device type, app version, and coarse diagnostics if you opt in to crash reporting).
Location
NoTicket NYC is built around where you park. Location is used when you take an action in the App (such as saving a spot), not for unrelated background tracking. You can revoke location permission in your device settings at any time; some features will not work without it.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may be updated as our infrastructure and obligations change.
Third parties
We may use vendors (for example, hosting, analytics, or email) that process data on our behalf under agreements that require appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on this site when practical.
